You will receive a service that allows you to maximise your choices for social participation and cultural inclusion. 

We respect your right to privacy and confidentiality of any personal information, records and will uphold your right to make decisions including medical treatment or other interventions. It is also your right to try new things, we will assist you to do so whilst ensuring that you are treated fairly and independently. We welcome your right to talk freely and express your thoughts, opinions, and choices.
